We are bombarded everyday with new information. It is impossible to remember it all. How do we find the information we need at the moment we need it?
This challenge applies to our customers and clients as well.
When we introduce our customers to our products or services, it adds more information or them to process and try to retain. How do we make our information more accessible at the moment they will need it?
Considered the power of a Quick Response Code (QR Code) for your customers:
Post short, informative text descriptions of your service or a product feature on a website page. Then create a QR Code for that web page URL. Place the QR Code in a location here your customer can access it at the moment they need it.
An example might be a short description of a lesser used product feature (like recording a song to a USB drive for an electronic piano). The QR Code attached to the device would allow the customer to scan the code with their smart phone for a brief description of the instructions.
If you offer a service to your customers, some procedures may be difficult to remember (like the immediate step to take if something is spilled on your carpet). A nearby QR Code would provide the suggested first steps as a reminder at the moment of need. If further help is required, your company is already on their mind.
Make it easier for your customers to get needed information at the moment and retain their business and their loyalty.
